At Baxi Partnership we are always looking for opportunities to partner in different ways with organisations who share our goals and our values.
Beyond simply providing access to funding, we have partnered a range of organisations in the last 12 years, with a view to supporting them through transition and their initial challenging years as employee owned enterprises. Those partner organisations have retained their own identities and operating freedom throughout, but have benefited from our insight and mentoring in addition to our capital investment. Some of those partner organisations have proven so successful that they are now stand-alone sustainable, high functioning employee-led businesses.
Baxi Partnership is currently looking to come together with new partners in the public or private sectors, who may be interested in establishing more formal, long-term working relationships combining our specialism with their own, including through joint ventures, and franchise or centralised services hub-style support operations.
