When Philip Baxendale sold his domestic boiler manufacturing company, Baxi Partnership Limited, to its employees, his intention was to enable the employees to keep the company independent and to share in the wealth that they helped to create.
In the year 2000, the Baxi Partnership Trust was developed to help other strong companies do the same.
