Employee ownership courses and seminars

Our Leadership Masterclass is specifically designed for chief executives and senior managers in organisations that are employee and mutually owned, or about to become so. This one day residential course provides a unique professional development and networking opportunity with expert speakers from the most pioneering organisations in the EO field.

The Masterclasses cost £1,500 (plus VAT) per person including all food, overnight accomodation, course time and materials, optional CMI accreditated coursework and membership of the Masterclass Alumna Group.

Our First Steps workshops are designed for business owners who are interested in testing whether employee ownership would be right for their company. This full-day programme focuses on the practicalities of moving to employee ownership and will give you everything you require to make a properly informed decision.

These workshops are £750 per person, or £600 per person if two or more people attend from the same organisation.

Baxi Partnership hosts seminars to introduce entrepreneurs, business owners and managers to the idea of employee ownership and the benefits it can bring your business. The seminar offers an overview of employee ownership and an opportunity to hear from speakers who have personal experience of driving success in employee owned businesses.

All our introductory seminars are completely free of charge.

Our Employee Ownership Champions course offers a hands-on workshops to help promote an effective culture of employee ownership within your organisation – increasing understanding of the roles and responsibilities of employee owners, and ensuring enhanced motivation drives overall performance. The expertise on offer can help create active champions for employee ownership at every level in your organisation.

The course is £199 for non-residential, £299 for residential.
